The loading arm of forklift is used to stack, load and unload the goods on the pallet and transfer the goods for a short distance




1. Before and after forklift operation, the appearance shall be checked and the fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water shall be filled. Check the starting, running and braking safety performance;

2. Check whether the lights and horn signals are complete and effective. Check whether the pressure and temperature are normal during the operation of the forklift;

3. Before starting, observe the surrounding area to confirm that there are no obstacles hindering driving safety, and then whistle before starting;

4. When the forklift starts with load, the driver shall first confirm that the load is stable and reliable, and the forklift must start slowly and steadily;

5. Do not raise the fork too high while driving. When entering or leaving the operation site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles in the air. When the load is running, the fork shall not be raised too high, which will affect the stability of the forklift;

6. After unloading, lower the fork to the normal driving position before driving;

7. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, you should send a driving signal first, and it is forbidden to turn sharply at high speed, which will cause the vehicle to lose its lateral stability and overturn;

8. It is strictly forbidden to stop the forklift when it is going downhill. It is forbidden to brake suddenly when it is not under special circumstances
